What do my Base Photography packages consist of?
Generally, inside, they will always include two angles of each room showcasing the property at the best angles possible; outside, it will consist of a photo of the front of the house/building, another of the rear, a photo of each large portion of land, and a photo of any other relevant feature.
What are Photography Addons?
When you want to go above and beyond to showcase a property, these options add the extra flare and impact to achieve that.
Twilight Photos are exterior photos that are taken just after the sun sets, so it is still bright out but also dim enough that the house beams light. These kind of photos make the house look very beautiful and add an air of homeliness to the house.
Drone Photography is just photos taken from the sky. When there is a property close to water, or with any land features that can't be captured well from ground level, this can be one of the only ways to show it accurately. Showing a house in relation to its surrounding land and features or showing the layout of the house from the sky are also ways in which this service excels.
What is a Virtual Tour?
Virtual tours are 3D scans of houses that viewers and potential customers can interact with. They can take a stroll through the property in 3D space. It's as close to actually touring the property as you can possibly get. These are becoming the norm and expected nowadays.
Real Estate Video:
If a photo tells a thousand words, then a video must tell a million. Videos are one of the most immersive ways to show a property. They can beautifully highlight some of the best features and truly show the viewer the full extent of the property. Walkthroughs are even more immersive. It shows the viewer exactly what they would see if they were touring the property in person.
